Great property and amenities but $5M to buy into one and on top of that pay HOA and management fees? I know the keys have gone wild in pricing but there is no way to defend this price point. The agent I chatted with at the bar (William is his name I believe) is a total frat "bro". I can't believe he was hired to represent such a property, he would not be my first choice.

Best hotel in Islamorada, staff is so welcoming. Rooms/Homes are impeccable. Can't find any faults in the hotel, price is well worth it compared to the other hotels in the area. Only downfall is there is no restaurant on property, so make sure you have a car available to pick up food from the local restaurants such as Bayside Gourmet, Shrimp Shack, Lazy Days etc.

Perfect all-ages family escape! Beautiful resort, decor, included amenities, friendly staff, and excellent communication. Easy access to shops and restaurants and tourist attractions though there’s no need to leave! Feeling grateful.

Amazing staff BUT horrible amenities. Beach is NOT swimmable due to nasty water. Pool bar is very limited - WINE BASED COCKTAILS ONLY. Pool bar staff is very limited. Pool/Jacuzzi shuts down at sunset! Really?! Food only available via an onsite food truck Thursday-Sunday. Rooms are very nice and clean - room service is exceptional. Ownership needs room step up game on allowing better amenities.

Great upscale resort for the family. We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with 5 adults and 2 kids under 5. Everyone had their own bathroom including the kids and waking up to the beach was amazing! They have 2 pools, a playground, a catamaran, and even a pickle ball court all available for your entertainment.

Awesome property, and the very best in Islamorada. Beautiful residences, cool little pool bar, great location, and fantastic customer service. I could not have asked for a better location for a quick fishing trip with my adult boys. In a scale of 1-5, I would give it 5++++.

Amazing resort. We loved the property and amenities. We swam, fished and went boating. Relaxing beautiful king suite. We will definitely be back. Entire staff was attentive and friendly. Grounds were impeccable. Spend time by the pool with the ocean breezes.

This resort was spectacular we have been visiting the Keys for 45 years and this resort ranks among the best I have visited. The rooms were impeccable and the grounds as well. The employees were always willing and ready to help. I will recommend this resort to all my friends.
