Arrived early so got a complimentary drink. Bigger room than expected. Everything excellent. Steep streets around the square but very handy for the airport bus. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Good kitchenette in room. Nice comfortable double bed.

To reach the hotel is hard. Is no elevator there. The manager is a nice guy. The room was spacious

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Doesn't really feel like a hotel experience but the place was clean and appliances are all brand new. 10 minutes from Taksim metro.

It is closing to Taksim square walking around 5-10 mins but it is difficult to walk if you carrying luggages as there is a very slope in front of hotel and the way to Metro and Taksim square is full of stone way.
The room is clean and having heater.
Nearby the hotel you will be finding restaurants easily
One of disappointed is the staff didn’t help to find the airport bus location thought another staff told me he will helped when the day before.

Environment: It's right near Taksim Square. I arrived very late and there were people on duty in the small room before 12 o'clock.
Service: There is no service. Just give or return the key when checking in and checking out.
Facilities: The facilities are OK. In fact, the kitchen is of no use to us. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas.
Hygiene: Hygiene is average. We already know that as a tourist country, the most worrying thing about ordinary hotels in Turkey is hygiene.
The key point is that it is really too noisy. The window of the room on the first floor faces the street. You can hear anyone talking even if you put a Pi on all night! Not to mention cars and motorcycles that have not been driven before! Anyway, I didn’t sleep all night, not even a moment! Please be cautious if you have poor sleep quality!
