My stay at Istport Garden Hotel was extremely frustrating and disappointing from the very beginning. When I arrived at the listed location, I discovered that the hotel was no longer active and had been closed for some time—with no prior notice or communication whatsoever.
In a moment of desperation, my driver had to personally contact the property, only to be informed of a completely different location, about 6 minutes away. Understandably, the driver was very upset with the unexpected change and almost left me stranded. I ended up having to pay him extra just so he wouldn't abandon me in the street.
Once I finally got to the new location, the experience didn’t improve much. Although the room was spacious, the walls were thin, and I could clearly hear my neighbors, making it hard to relax. The breakfast was very poor, with minimal and low-quality options that felt like an afterthought.

Worst experience ever. Hotel have no availabile rooms and organize transfer to another one and it was terrible: room triple smaller, it was oldest room i ever live and manager says that its only one avaliable room.. breakfast with only bread and eggs and etc

Hotel very clean, staff simply bomb, they helped me a lot, nice and very helpful always... next to the hotel there are many shopping opportunities, food options on every corner... I will definitely come back when I am in Istanbul...
