Be careful! The employee SHAMS was super rude and he claimed there is no availability of the room we already booked!! and made us do an upgrade and pay double the price. We spoke to the hotel Manager Saleh, who kept on dragging us and didn’t do any effort to support.
Be careful to avoid paying double the budget.

Reception very good service, quick check in and out. Very good breakfast with lots of variety choices. Hotel location is near to most of the sight seeing places, walking distance within 10 to 15 mins. If we go to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again.

Located at the center of most attractions. Staff are very kind and friendly. Valet parking is easy and hassle-free. New hotel unlike most of the older hotels around.

A very good hotel that is only a few months old. The facilities are good except for their beds being slightly smaller ie not for taller and wider guests. Breakfast spread was excellent and service was very good.

We liked everything, great rooms, breakfast is also great and varied. We were all happy. Water is supplied every day. There is a kettle and mugs in the room, tea, sugar and coffee. In the bathroom there are dispensers with shampoo and liquid soap. The location is convenient close to the tram stop and there are many attractions within walking distance. We were with a small child, so we had to go by tram sometimes. I recommend this hotel👍🏽
