Please don’t choose this hotel, service is 0% , i stay 4 nights there but they haven’t given me blanket and try not to choose down room underground please, no one speak English there . Location is only good nothing else

This hotel was terrible and was at the bad location where you need to walk a lot and climb a hill. On the very first night my parents stayed at reception chairs as there was no one to check them in. On second day when they asked the reception guy for checkin he asked them to adjust in the used room with all the dirty bed sheets, towels and dirty washroom. There was no one at the reception which caused alot of inconvenience. So I had to book a different hotel for them urgently. Also it said that it would provide breakfast for every night which they didn’t get any as there was no one at the reception all the time. I would never recommend anyone.

Managed to book on the day as flight leaving very late. Booked the Premier Room, advertised for 3 people but because they only have 1 queen bed, they could only take 2 people. We explained we don't plan sleeping over as leaving at around 8pm same day.
Receptionist does not speak English but able to use Google translate. He also called the manager who speaks English on the phone.
Checkin time advertised is after 0830am but cleaners done at 2pm. Sheets smelled fresh although no remote for AC and TV remote does not work.
Has good wifi.
This area is hilly so very steep descent and ascent if going to main road. Altho close to bottom of hill where Cher Hotel is located where we had hammam experience.
Overall not bad for £14 a night for a few hours of pitstop.

The room was very cold, the facilities were not good, the wifi was very bad. I wasted my money for 3 nights because I really could not stay. I asked for a refund but I was very disappointed and upset.

When I checked in I had to wait a long time for a gentleman. There was no one at reception. I booked 4 nights with breakfast but there was no breakfast. The gentleman said it was a system error (I got a room with a stove and kettle instead). I booked a king size bed but got a small, dirty and uncomfortable bed. There was a lot of noise at night and I couldn't sleep well.

I was worried after reading reviews saying that check-in was difficult, but late at night. Self-check-in may be difficult, but I checked in easily in the afternoon. The room was spacious and it was good value for money to rest for a while and then go to the airport.
