Very friendly staff. The duty officer Dilyara speaks Russian. We took a budget room, did not expect much, so everything suited us. Excellent comfortable bed, new bed linen. For people of size 52+ it will be difficult to wash in the shower (a bit small, low). There are many restaurants and inexpensive cafes around. It is very convenient to get to any part of the city. Because the metro and Marmaray station are 500 meters away. About the same distance to the tram stop. The photo on the website corresponds to reality. The price and quality are at a level. Booked a superior room of 18 sq.m.
Received a smaller area, very clean, with a view of a dirty courtyard. The hotel has no soundproofing. The stairs are very steep. Be careful. The hotel is in a great location, near metro, tram, and bus stops. The room has bathroom accessories, a kettle, cups, slippers, and the cleanest bed linen. Large numbers on the working air conditioner had to be taped over, they interfered with shitting. Cleaning is done upon request. The bathroom is tiny. Hot water is available all the time. The reception is open 24/7. The hotel was advertised as having an electric stove in the room, but we didn't. They explained to us that cooking is prohibited in the rooms.
