Mola Istanbul

I had a wonderful experience at Mola Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. A special thanks to Rahma Aboelrish from Guest Relations. she was extremely kind and professional. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just right.

It was awesome the food and the restaurant were so good and the VR was awesome to and the food tastes so good and the Soccer was so good and fun and the room was good too and the workers were so good and friendly and the table games were so fun And this was a good experience

I was very pleased to come here. Our personal asisstants Ms NISANUR AND RAHMA welcomed us excellent. They informed all the detais in mola istanbul. The swimming pools were amazing specially the jacuzzi and the aqua park. There is an Italian restaurant . I suggest to everyone. We enjoyed moreee

Everything is wonderful in Mola Istanbul. We came to here for especially aquapark.The food are very delicious. this place is wonderful. Our assistant Nisanur who inform us in detail and create a whatsap group for us. she was wonderful. We will come again.

The rooms are amazing like other 5 star hotels amd the soap smellls divine. The check in was seamless but if you dont speak Turkish make sure you have aomeone who speaks your language. The reason is for us thre was a misunderstanding, we asked for a late check out for 1.30 pm so we can use the aquapark after check out. It was understood by us that we got until 1.30 pm next day and that we can use the aquapark even after check out. That was not the case though after 12.30 the wrist bands needed to enter the aquapark area stopped working and we found out our check out was 1 pm. We were very disappointed because the only time we could enter as a family was 12.30 pm, they have specific times for women only, families and mixed. So we could not enter the earlier session. The management couldnt make it up to us which was dissapointing because alot of these details were not explained probably during check in. The idea of the resort is l, there are free activities, the spa and aquapark those you can only use before check out while the other activities require payment and therefore can be used anytime. The staff are all very nice and helpful, literally everyone. I especially want to thank Nisanur Kara who showed us around the huge resort and explained where everything was and the opening times. She was very nice and happy person always smiling and very polite. She also speaks English well and shared all the resort activity details on the phone offering to help via text as well which was super considerate of her. Rahma is also great and she speaks Arabic so make sure you ask for her during check in to avoid getting into. A situation like ours. We tried the Time out escape room activities and Ceren was a great help she speaks English. All the timeout staff are super friendly! We also booked an hour long archery class, our teacher was Akin (I hope I remembered his name right). It was a great fun, he is very patient and great teacher! One of the things to keep in mind is that the area is remote and hard to get uber or the ferry so I highly recommend renting a car for this or you will struggle to find an affordable ride back. The local taxi service is more expensive than uber trip prices but then again uber doesn't accept the ride in the first place.
