It had serious issues which has to be fixed, for example toilet flush wasn’t working and water pressure was really low and they hadn’t put liquid soap in kitchen or toilet, the bed was really solid and hurts body, the entire hotel has an impression of depression, but instead the room was clean enough and they put two bottles of water and upgraded my studio to a suit.

i book the hotel as walk in customer i have to attend expo in tayup when i went to room was not clean bunch of hairs in bed dirty bed sheet no bin no water bad lighting worst kind of door lock without staff help you cannot open door every time in morning in rooms left and right mean all floor costruction and re newation noise of drill machine at morning 8 am 5 days repeatedly i asked than change the bed sheet once in 5 days i paid all 4 days money and once in night 2 am they knock the door that come to receiption one day money you not paid in advance and when i protest that how mid night they can knock the door was tired of walking in expo the receiption staff threat and respond rudely even same evening i went to pay advance to avoid such but due to lack of english the receiption guy ignore me busing on phone further most of the customers couple with out luggage entering the hotel and night time too much noise of sex which disturb you mean the hotel is not for family or businessman and worst kind of hotel i saw in my whole travel history.
