Very bad experience. The room type we booked was completely different from the room type he gave us after we checked in. We checked in late the night before, and after reporting it to the front desk, the staff said that we could change it the next day; when we went to the front desk again the next morning, the front desk staff actually said: "1. You only stay in Istanbul for one day, so what's wrong with different rooms? Will it cause you any trouble? 2. Our rooms are on different floors, some are big and some are small, but they are all the ones you booked, but the one you got on the sunny side of the second floor is small." Finally, after arguing, they changed it to another one. Before checking out the next day, the day shift staff told my friend that I was very emotional and difficult to communicate... The staff made a lot of excuses, and asked consumers to bear the consequences if they were not satisfied with their plans. If consumers are not satisfied with their plans, they will say that consumers are difficult to talk to. I have never seen such a thing.
