I can't say I stay in a proper Hotel. This hotel holds the name of the Hilton but it was a terrible experience. The first problem is the bathroom. Shower equipment was broken, it was very hard to maintain the water temperature and pressure. The design of the bathtubs-shower combination was horrible. You need to step up into the bath tube and it is so dangerous. The breakfast was very good but the coffee and tea were terrific. A good hotel can't buy an automatic espresso machine. They were serving low quality instant coffee. And I couldn't even drink a proper Turkish tea. Location is not bad and the city view was avarage.

Over heated. No way to cool down other than open window. Which is loud. Room was always 27+ degrees.
They came to fix. Ended up losing an hour, nothing fixed and lost half of the lights of the room.
They didnt changed room. Claiming its full, while there were several empty ones we could see.
Unprofessional. Not 5 star nor worth the money

Everything was fine, without the temperature in the room. My expectations of a 5-star hotel are that I control the temperature in my room and not the hotel manager. We had 26 degrees (Celsius) in the room, which made us sweat and sometimes sleepless, after we had given ourselves presents, we were advised to turn off the air conditioning (only air), which did not help at all. Sleeping with the window open was impossible as the hotel is near a main road

Does not feel like a Hilton. Middle class guesthouse. Price not expensive so still worth.

-Room was not clean.
-Shower head was broken, walls have issues.
-There are lots of “ladies of night”
-staff barged in to our room to empty the room because they “forgot” we booked more than 3 days
-considerint so many cons. Very overpriced.
+basic 3-4 star worth amenities.
Not real 5 star hotel.
