We booked a standard 22 sq.m. non-smoking room, upon arrival we were given a 12-15 sq.m. room, completely smoke-filled, and did not match the photo on the website, and were told that we had to book for non-smokers, although everything was in the reservation. Then they provided a supposedly higher category, but it was the only one that was larger and non-smokers. The room was completely shabby. Half of the lamps and sconces do not work, the wallpaper has all come off the walls. I do not recommend the hotel, for that kind of money.

The room is small, the corridor is narrow, and the sound insulation is not very good. The English service is not smooth, but the service attitude of the staff is still very good. The breakfast is also cheap if you pay separately, but it is a designated meal and it is very average

The hotel crew were terrible, very unhelpful for the visitors. The rooms were dirty, housekeeping was not regularly coming to clean the room. You should beg for every regular basic hotel amenities. Parking was a big problem, we couldn’t park our car, because the owner reserve the spot, instead of visitors.

I stayed at the hotel on the night of October 12th. In the morning, they distributed the cold breakfast plate they prepared themselves. After a few forks, a white worm (probably from a walnut) was moving on the plate. Since there were foreign customers around, I didn't make a sound, I told the person who brought the breakfast to check the plate and went to my room. When I got down, I explained the situation to the reception, but they said that they did not see anything on the plate.. I had to take a photo and submit a record.. I did a mistake by not making a fuss and shouting.. Let's not do her justice, lady. He seemed interested... As someone who has been a boarding school for years, these are very natural, but it is annoying that the hotel staff puts you in the position of a harasser... By the way, I asked for a refund for the breakfast fee, they said no...,
