It was helpful that they spoke English slowly. I struggled with the smartphone translation but they were kind. The breakfast restaurant was in a great location.

Rich breakfast, comfortable environment, 7th floor terrace can see the sunrise and sunset view, worth going back to stay again, there are 2 cats very enthusiastic, gentle, important part, can take pictures with them

There was a sewage smell in our room. The staff couldn't deal with it, and we were not offered a different room. The TV didn’t work and was only fixed after two days. It was also impossible to communicate with the staff in English. All our requests were either ignored or fulfilled with a delay.

Do not stay at this hotel. It’s extremely loud, the rooms have many issues such as no air conditioning, leaking shower and generally very basic. Do not recommend it at all. the location is quite central but it’s not the safest for tourists attending for the first time.
