We booked a deluxe room with terrace for 7 nights and we were accomodated in an ordinary room when we reached there on the 23rd december 2024. After 3 days maybe they learnt aenglosh properly or they now started to take their jobs into consideration and they inact a play. When we were back from shopping, a man was checking the door of our room pretending that it is broken and told us that we have to change room since door was broken. Then they shifted is to the actual deluxe room which we paid for.
The staff English is very poor and maybe they cannot read english as well that is why they preferred to act that the door is broken rather than apologising for their mistake. We did not bother to slam them as them manager himself was involved in this unprofessional act with other illeterate staffs.
Also, no amenities like bathrobes, cotton buds, sanitary bags, nothing were provided.
The house keeping only makes bed and changes towels daily. Floor remains unclean.
Breakfast were almost same for seven days, no variety of foods and no fresh juice.
Only location was satisfactory as hotel was very near to istikal street and metro station.

Good hotel, we asked to change our room to a shared bed, the receptionist met us halfway and gave us a great room with a great view on the 9th floor. The view is not of the courtyard, but of the street, everything is quiet. It turned out to be a wide room without neighbors. There is mold in the bathroom and a smell. The furniture is old, but it was possible to stay for 2 days. Breakfasts are delicious, lots of everything. They only give 2 bottles of water at 0.5, they won't give more, for money. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Istiklal is a 3-minute walk away. Starbucks is nearby.

Unpleasant Stay Due to Noise and Disturbances Im staying at this hotel rights know with my family, including two young children and my 74-year-old mother. While the hotel is well-located and the staff is friendly, our experience was far from pleasant. The hotel accommodates large groups of teenagers. During our second night of a three-night stay, it was impossible to rest. After a tiring day exploring Istanbul, the teenagers began their festivities around 11:00 PM, continuing until 2:00 AM. They were banging on doors, playing with the elevator, speaking loudly in the hallways, and shouting. When I called the front desk, the problem remained unresolved, and, disturbingly, we received anonymous call to our room past midnight. This experience has been a nightmare, making it impossible for families seeking rest to enjoy our stay in istambul

Great location close to the metro station and Taksim square and perfect service. The receptionist helped us a lot. Very comfortable and clean room and good choice of breakfast, delicious food. We will prefer the hotel for all trips to Istanbul.

Located in one of the best places in Istanbul, in a tourist area, surrounded by restaurants, shops and hotels. You can walk around the area in a safe way. Combining an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere with exquisite cuisine, which is reflected in its exquisite breakfasts. And as a finishing touch, an excellent staff to make your stay, an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a place to rest and do some sightseeing, this would be your ideal place. I enjoyed my stay , the hotel room is very clean and very comfy. I enjoyed the staff friendliness and the break fast all you can eat provided. Would highly recommend. Location is very convenient. Bathrooms are clean and the rooms have a mini fridge, a safe and complimentary , tea and coffee, and it has a tv. I throughly enjoyed my stay and I felt very comfortable.
