The hygiene is so-so. The housekeeping even put the towels used yesterday back on the table. Very messy.

Its location is convenient, away from crowds

I chose a queen bed. He said he would come back to check in at 2 pm to go shopping, but when he came back around 3 pm, he asked me to make do with 2 small beds. They said they had no choice but to use artificial extra beds. Then I stopped asking for it. After checking out, the hotel called an Istanbul taxi for me. The driver said the hotel said 850 and he didn't want me to go to the airport 950. The driver was disrespectful. He was driving on the expressway and asked me to sit in front or park on the side of the road for 20 minutes, etc. What he said was too revealing. I'm a little scared about the security in Istanbul. Please ask the hotel to carefully select the passenger's car. Focus on customer safety.

Hotel is modern with nice decor and spa but that’s where it ends. Night staff very rude and avoid room services at all costs! Was served red raw chicken for my chicken Caesar salad… rude night porter would not refund even though it was paid in cash..
