Staff service was so so also room was bad doors were broken still it is better hotel in comparison to others

Hotel room is cleaned daily and is quite spacious. Breakfast timing is good too but same fares everyday. I notice people tend to come for breakfast at about 10am (peak time). Location of the hotel is not so ideal as one has to walk a very steep 45 degree slope to Taksim about 1 km away.

The hotel is in very bad condition, the air conditioning did not work, the bathroom smelled bad, the bed was not comfortable, I asked for a request to leave early for the 1 night which was not accepted and they did not give me a refund, I had to ask to change rooms to a smaller one, it is rated as 4 stars but it is not, its employees are rude, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this hotel is terrible. Calling the police is useless. Ctrip is being crushed by the hotel! The "spirit of contract" cannot be abused! After a physical conflict broke out with the hotel and I knelt down to beg the hotel to leave, Ctrip still told me that the complaint supervisor had already left work and it was better to stay in the hotel! I just want to ask, in this kind of emergency, of course, the best option is to leave the hotel as soon as possible! In the end, although the hotel canceled the remaining orders, it was not because of calling the police or Ctrip, but because of my kneeling and begging! It is said that a man's knees are made of gold. As the party at fault, I still knelt down in tears and begged the hotel management to leave. What a shame!

The reception staff are not polite. The TV in the room does not work. Air conditioning does not work. The room window did not close completely and the sounds outside were disturbing. The tea machine was covered in dust. It was well below my expectations for a 4 star hotel.
