It’s already quite warm in Istanbul, it’s very hot in the small room, the air conditioners in the hotel don’t work. They checked me in, I paid attention, a specialist came and could not do anything, the air conditioning in other rooms also did not work. The maid left used shampoo and gel from the previous guest in the shower. There are traces of putty on the walls. The location of the hotel is very good, everything is nearby, all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfasts more or less include scrambled eggs, sausages, French fries, stewed vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, a couple of salads, tea, coffee, cut oranges.

5 minutes from Sirkeci Station in the old town? I think it took about a while.
The building itself was very old, but it was cleaned every day and the breakfast was good, so there was no problem with my stay.
During my 4-night stay, they were very kind and welcomed me every time I met them, so I had a great trip and came back.

Very convenient location, located in the tourist half of the city, close to various attractions, everything is within walking distance. Very polite and responsive staff, they help with everything and tell you everything. The rooms themselves are already shabby; they could use some updating.

room service was great .very lovely and happy place to stay ,there was easy access to many interesting places around,there was a little and lovely terrace up there breakfast was very good there was very fast check in and much more faster checkout ,it's fantastic ! the only negative point i got : I booked and payed for a family room which is larger (35 m2) but I received a triple room which is much smaller (18m2)and the receptionist told me family room is just for 5 people guests although I had payed more to get a family room !

I used to stay in this hotel since it was opened some years ago. In the beginning it was brand-new and well preserved. The staff were very polite even speaking a basic English. And of course, location is wonderful. However, nowadays the hotel is in disgrace. It needs an urgent renovation. The lamps beside the bed don't work, the headings of the bed were taken out, the walls need painting, the bathroom ceiling has moss and the tiles need an urgent deep cleaning, the round mirror that used to exist beside the hair dryer just disappeared in some rooms, the remote controls for the air-condition and the TV sometimes don't work because they probably need new batteries. Cleaning is not so good, sometimes you find hair not belonging to you on the floor. The staff is lazy, they say they help doing something and at the end they don't, so it's better not to ask them anything, solving it by yourself is faster and more effective for sure. I also saw one of the receptionists harassing a lady, who didn't speak English so fortunately she didn't notice, but it was kind of disgusting to me. Unfortunately, some Turkish men have a very distorted image of western women. Anyway, it's really a pity that such a good property had ended in so bad condition.
