Great location Lovely and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms Overall good experience. „Room with a view“ didnt really have a view other than a wall right in front of the balcony Spa was ok. Spa staff very friendly. Would def recommend anytime

We stayed in this hotel for four night and it was amazing. It was comfortable stay and very great experience. The room very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied. When we come back we will definitely stay here again. Very recommended

Perfect hotel!! The staff were fantastic, from the front desk staff, the cleaners and the staff in the spa. We went for 4 nights for my partners birthday. Upon arrival we were upgraded room which was a lovely touch after such long travel! The rooms were super modern & immaculate! Fresh towels & bedding every day and the water and tea in room replenished when used. We were given a discount for the spa facilities and the restaurant next door (which we didn't manage to get to visit but it smelt lovely) We had some cakes placed in our room as a birthday gesture for my partner which was a really really nice gesture. We visited the spa the night before we left and it was such a lovely touch to our trip! I opted for a full body massage and Turkish bath package and the service was excellent I cannot recommend it enough! Their spa facilities are really lovely, nice intimate settings and calming after the hustle and bustle of Istanbul! The hotel is perfectly situated about 500 yards from istiklal Street which holds plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. There is a taxi stand at the bottom of the road and beside that there is also a chemist everything you need is a stones throw away. 15 minute walk to Galata tower, and lots of quirky neighbourhood bars in Pera close by! Grand Bazaar is about 10/12 minute uber journey over the water super easy to get to! Will absolutely be staying here again when I return

An absolute gem! The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming – they truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. The decor is beautiful, and everything is impeccably clean. Honestly, it doesn’t get any better than this! I will definitely be coming back.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Rooms are spotless clean. The restaurant is highly recommended. Hotel is conveniently located on a street adjacent to Istiklal - so easy to reach all main attractions while being insulated from the noise of the Main Street. A taxi station is nearby and a metro station. I will definitely return . Thank you

We stayed for 6 days at this Hotel and Everything was really nice. Our room was properly cleaned every day. The Hotel is really Central and you have many opportunities for transportation. I also want to mention that the staff at the Hotel was also very Kind and helpful. Thank you so much.
