It seems that this hotel has been rated high for a year or two years ago. It was written on here and other websites that it has breakfast, but this hotel does not serve breakfast at all. They couldn't fix the safe for me after two visits and it was unusable. We did not have hot water for almost a day and a half. But the cleanness was quite suitable and it is a suitable place for someone who spends most of his time outside the hotel.

The hotel's price is reasonable for its prime location near Istiklal Avenue. However, there are some noticeable differences in room sizes. With some being exceptionally small, even though they're both meant for two guests. Fortunately, due to low occupancy during our stay, we were able to request a room change when we first arrived. But if we had to stay in that tiny room for our entire trip, it would have been an awful trip. Room cleanliness is okay, but don't expect much. Most of the times room service comes only if you go and ask for it. Overall, it's decent for the price, especially if you're going to be out exploring most of the time. However, consider other options if you're going to spend your major time in the hotel.

We stayed there for 3 night. There is no staff , no service, no breakfast . So much so the staff refused us very rudely that the AC cannot be turned on. There is no bell boy to take the luggage. Rude manager. The rooms are smaller than what they appear on site. Worst experience ever. Feel cheated.

Secondly, in terms of location, it is very bad in the alleys of Istiklal, and you will not sleep because of noise, and the worst for me is that the hotel managers and receptionists are so profiteers they do not allow you to leave your luggage even in the lobby on the day of your departure, if your flight and late, then imagine, they asked us to leave the hotel with our luggage from 11 du morning, we begged them to leave our bags in the hall until the plane time, which is midnight, and they refused and they left two girls in the street with our suitcases for more than 12 hours, I don't advise anyone to go there
