I want to leave review for Deniz Can for his check in services and showing around the hotel facilities and the room. He stepped out and ensured the room facilities were good and answered any questions on ordering food. There is an ATM facility at the hotel. It's especially useful for foreigners who need to take out cash in local currency. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable with panoramic views of the city. Shower and toilet were clean and inviting. I would highly recommend stay at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana, a great choice!

Okan was our daily server he showed true hospitality and was kind and that man can make a DRINKKKKK every time I sat down and he was on shift never had to wave a server down he came over immediately and unprompted and towards the end of my stay started to know my orders the hotel as a whole was clean and nice only thing I would change would be some of the stuck up attitude from staff but there was definitely more good than bad

Yunus and yiğit at the arjaan hotel restaurant were amazing. They greet us very well and they were very respectful and helpful We had a great experience starting from the morning breakfast buffet until the room service the staff is amazing including front desk and room service. This is my second time coming back to this hotel for a vacation and I'll definitely come again

A rainshower literally falling down from the roof is not what you might expect in a hotel like this, but hey, you find yourself in Istanbul, the only place where someone is always readily available to come and repair it within half an hour even at 4am. There was a large restaurant I did not get to try, I did get to try the roomservice which I honestly wouldn’t try again. The pricing was at least thee times more expensive than around the corner where much better food is being served in restaurants on the streets. The hotel building is nice, but also a bit older with the golden futuristic tower struggling to shine in the dust of the metropolitan city of Istanbul, something you can not really blame the hotel for. Overall, decent stay, comfortable, spacious rooms with great view of the city. Would come back if staying in this part of Istanbul, but the traffic, airport and Bosphorus are factors to keep in mind when travelling Istanbul

Yaprak, berra, elif, merve were amazing staff! My husband and I are vegans, they looked after us every day. We loved knowing what we had to eat was delicious and plant bases. The upgrade to a suite room worked great for us the room layout was fantastic
