I really liked the hotel!!! The location is convenient, everything is nearby. Clean, cleaned every day. Breakfasts are delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful! Next time I plan to return to the same hotel)

Отличный отель! Жили втроем с подругами неделю в феврале-марте 2025. Расположение отличное - рядом остановка трамвая, на котором можно уехать куда угодно. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности района Султанахмет. Завтраки однообразные, но все вкусно - по-домашнему.

Great location, the bar next door is convenient. Little shop across the road too for drinks. Hotel staff pleasant. We received bottles of water in our room ever day. Cleaner went in to give us fresh towels too. The room itself is very warm. Thankfully they have air con which we used even in these winter months. The room had little slippers too. Over all great walking distance to everything. Basic hotel and clean room and bed

The reservation was canceled 2 hours before our arrival. With their saying that maybe your Russian card doesn't work. ??? Estonia is not Russia. Instead of the big room we booked several months earlier, we got 2 separate and more expensive rooms. The fridge and the light did not work, the room smells bad, there was no toilet paper, very bad and lousy breakfast. Poor service and employees who don't keep their promises. Only good thing is the location.

Hotel staffs are very helpful, always ready to give assistance but the hotel itself is not advisable. The deluxe room smells toilet, cleaning service is bad and very slow. There’s no telephone in room, from 6th floor each time we needed to go down to ask for something. Hotel driver is not professional, they broke our luggage’s wheel. Room was too small for 2 pax.
