It is a nice place to stay, the staff are very helpful. However, the bed and cushions weren't that comfy. According to the upgrade we have done, the minimum should have a comfy bed.

Everything was OK except rooms not being properly identified as with the amenities within a room,we been put in a room( Comfort Room) i can say is not fit for a couple, small and not suitable for a holiday stay, apart from that I cannot fault anything else, just one more thing i have to praise restaurant stuff for being polite and precise about service..

The experience was very bad, there is no spaciousness in the reception and no help when needed, as well as the facial expressions are not welcoming, as for cleanliness, it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever tried in my life.

The hotel and especially the receptionist Mustafa
The room is under electricity, it turns off and on, and the air conditioner does not work
After communicating with them, they wanted to move me to another, smaller room, without taking into account my reservation
Also, when I asked to store my late checkout, the employee replied that he was busy with another customer service
It indicates his unprofessionalism
