The hosts are very kind and helpful and the hotel is very nice in a beautiful building.
The location was perfect because it was close to all shops, restaurants, bars and many places and services of all kinds, but in a quiet little street to sleep well at night. Close to public transport (marmaray 15min walk, bus and boats 5 min walk, the Havaist 14 bus is also 5 min away and took us back to IST airport in 1h30 for 263tl per person). The area is great for those who like to soak up local life and everything is much cheaper than on the European side.
The only thing missing was black curtains thick enough not to be woken up at dawn by the daylight, but with a little mask on the eyes it does the trick very well.

The location is great. Near Kadikoy transport hub. Ferries and buses are more convenient. The surrounding supermarkets are very convenient. The room is quite big. Very clean.
