Dirty, smelly and neglected place! Very big mistake to choose it! The towels are dirty, the walls are with molt, the bathroom is horrible! There was a garbage between the beds. Staff don't speak English. We paid for 3 days and leave after second night - that bag it was!

Filthy place. The smell of mold was all over the place. the stair's carpet is torn up and very dirty, Bathroom was awful. full of mold. bathroom door is full of mold and the door wood is broken, no toiletries are provided in the bathroom .sheets on the bed are dirty, they never come and clean them . wifi was very poor, electricity cut off regularly, Breakfast was poor (one slice of tomato, one piece of cheese..so u can imagine. the owner was very rude. I totally don’t recommend this “hotel”,don't ever stay in this hotel

After asking for confirmation few days before, we get an email that our reservation is canceled one hour before the check in which left us ( 4 girls) with no place to go. When i called the only answer was the card is not available which is not a valid reason as we chose to pay at arrival and they hang up the phone on me. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

L'hôtel est mal géré et chère. Il n'y avait pas de serviette dans la chambre, le ménage n'était pas fait quotidiennement. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude le soir. Nous avons dû aller nous même ouvrir au livreur de la blanchisserie à 22h. L'hygiène du petit déjeuner était douteuse. De plus, le patron n'a pas de parole. Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits mais suite à une fausse manipulation une nuit a été supprimée et le prix augmenté. En arrivant nous expliquons le soucis a l'employé de l'accueil, il appel le patron et nous fait comprendre qu'il n'y a pas de problème, que l'on peut rester les 4 nuits sans frais supplémentaires. Lors du départ ils nous demande 75€ pour la quatrième nuit. Après de longues négociations il nous laisse partir mais il retirera finalement l'équivalent de 95€ au salaire de l'employé de l'accueil. Finalement, après remboursement de l'employé, nous avons payé 300€ pour 4 nuits... C'est du vol.
