It was one of the worst hotels that I stayed in. Our room was like a boiler, and they didn't do anything about it as there was an issue with the window. The staff has not been honest with us. The only good thing was the price.

Perfect area. In walking distance to the congress centre as well as Taxim Square. The rooms were very clean and all the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed! Breakfast was also very nice, freshly made and different.
Would definitely highly recommend recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Nice room, very nice staff, yummy breakfast. Better take taxi if you carry heavy luggages, the . They helped me to call the taxi to airport in a reasonable price, avoided all the taxi scam. Appreciate it!

I was cheated by the hotel on the first night. An important reminder is not to stay in the standard room on the first floor. It was very noisy and made abnormal noises, making it impossible to sleep at all. After that, Ctrip coordinated to change rooms and compensated for the room fee.
