Hi all, the Airport transfer, swimming pool, spa etc in this hotel additional fee so don’t get misled, I had so much issues with this hotel. Door lock inside bathroom doesn’t lock, all fixtures loosed in the bathroom hot water in the shower goes to cold and hot water suddenly burns my skin and my son too. The heater above the heater in the bedroom was on and off. Please try and avoid this hotel it will cost you more money and headache, No good. I paid good money but I wished I went somewhere cheaper I thought all the above are included that’s why I booked it plus I was travelling with my 11 year old son just the 2 of us and can you imagined it’s my first time in Istanbul and arranging my own Transport from ISTANBUL airport to DELTA MARRIOTT hotel, I was so 🤬😡. My first day holiday went to being unhappy! Thanks but no thanks mate.

The location is not very good, but the service is very satisfactory. I arrived early in the morning and was arranged to check in. The front desk guy helped with the luggage and sent it upstairs. The breakfast was rich and the surroundings were quiet and suitable for accommodation.

There are few varieties of breakfast, and the rooms are very small. Hotels with a thousand and several hundred dollars are not as good as Atour and Ji Hotel in China. I don’t know if there is any hospital nearby. There are many patients with their heads bandaged with gauze. They look panicked. . The hotel is facing a garbage dump, with an abandoned parking lot on the right. The surrounding environment is quite dull. I will definitely not go there a second time.
