Excellent hotel! The staff is great! From reception to cleaning! It was my first time in Istanbul with two small children. The location is great. No noise. There is a restaurant downstairs. The burgers are excellent👍 My eldest son still remembers the burgers from the restaurant. The rooms are not very spacious, but comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are great. Their cappuccino is very tasty. We rated it 100! Varied cuisine. When leaving, they called me a taxi. Helped with suitcases. Special thanks to them for this! I can't say anything bad. Excellent hotel!

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff one of my best experiences in Istanbul I had a great stay there the staff are friendly and very helpful the welcome is adorable the cleanliness is impeccable I recommend without hesitation!

Je laisse une etoile car pas le choix. MAIS FUYEZ cet hôtel il y a des punaises de lit(voir photos) et quand je leur ai dis il mon dit je m’en c une allergie. Alors je suis aller à la pharmacie il mon fais douter alors je suis aller à la pharmacie il mon confirmer les punaises de lit et il mon donner un gel (voir photo) comprends pas meme pas les bon avis!!! Il mon changer de chambre mais quand je suis descendu pour aller à la pharmacie il rigoler entre. A par l’emplacement rien ne va. Il ne sont pas souriant, au petit déjeuner y’a rien c fade y’a pas de jus. C’est tous les jours la même choses. La salle de bain pu. Vraiment dégoûter

Eu e as minhas amigas fomos até este hotel usufruir de uma massagem e do banho hammam. Posso dizer que foi uma experiência unica com um serviço excelente e funcionários prestativos, salientando a paciência e simpatia do rececionista Jake.
