Really terrible place. I chose this hotel based on reviews and photos but It was different at all. Air conditioner didn't work. The room doesn't have windows. The room was small and dark. This hotel seems 2 star hotel. It was like hostel. Don't go there. Never try this hotel.

The furniture in the room is a bit old, but it is very tidy and the whole hotel is very environmentally friendly.
The hotel's breakfast is very delicate and distinctive. Although it is not as rich as the breakfast in a big hotel, it is homemade and fresh every day. It is very healthy and delicious.

Stayed here before and after our group tour, as this was where we all met and set off from. However, this was a very happy outcome for us. Great location, just off Istiklal Cd in Bayoglu, Istanbul, and close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, public transport incl trams, trains, and a taxi rank at either end of the street. Can be noisy at times, but we were there twice for a total of seven nights, and the after-hours noise was gone by 11pm. Staff are friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Rooms are clean, especially the bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. The included breakfast is delicious, starting and finishing each day at tourist-friendly times.

Great location but the shower was very dirty. They have a strict 8am breakfast policy and wouldn’t budge even 15 minutes so we could eat something before an early flight. Small kitchenette but no kettle. Didn’t feel like the hotel tries very hard to please.

What makers this hotel special is the people and the location. Wonderful break from the noise and chaos of Istanbul. Location is near a big hotel so taxis are always there. Staff is so accommodating and kind. The rooms are adequate. It really is about the people and their effort to be ecological and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and yummy. The cook is really good. If you want fancy this isn’t your place-if you want a good solid place with helpful people you can’t go wrong.
