Great location with lots to eat nearby and easy public transit connections. Staff spoke English and we're very professional. Beware though that if you want to upgrade your room you'll just be paying the full price of the room you want on top of whatever you already paid, not the difference.

Location is very good service was average. when I asked for a three pin converter plug to connect laptop the staff tried to sell the plug to me and make profit out of it. They should keep such small things as service to customers

Don't be fooled by the pictures!
The room is so narrow you can talk to your neighbor through the wall!
When you book and arrive, you're surprised to find out you've paid a $100 security deposit!
Someone asked them, "Is it possible for one of the guests to steal the fridge or the pillow?"
Secondly, regarding breakfast, I expect the hotel staff to make a cat every day and one of them comes down to bring breakfast. I don't know why the hotel doesn't get 4 stars. I see a lot of slander against it.

The hotel is conveniently located. 5-10 minutes from the bus stop and metro.
A good comfortable king size bed. Clean linen and towels.
Cons.
- The bathroom needs renovation. There is mold in the shower. The sink cabinet has been asking to be thrown in the trash for a long time. It has dried out from moisture, all the metal mechanisms are covered in rust.
No toilet brush.
One roll of toilet paper was left for two.
The consumables include shampoo and shower gel and one small piece of soap for two, which we had to use for a week (((
- The breakfasts are very meager and monotonous. Omelet, French fries, fried onion rings and sausages in some kind of hot sauce. The same thing every day for a week (
- The juices from the machine are impossible to drink, they are very sweet. You can drink them if you dilute them with water.
The cleaning also leaves much to be desired.
A deposit of $100 is taken upon check-in.

Very bad experience, it's like a 1star hotel . Very rude staff. We were 10 min late for our checkout . The reception told the housekeeping to go inside and pack our stuff and take it out of our room. They actually did that, thought do not disturb was put !! Reception guy claims this is normal and their right!
