I just came to Istanbul from the united state and i found this beautiful hotel is super clean everyone friendly breakfast was amazing and room service was great and is closer to the markets and can walk to center of the old city and shopping center I really recommend

Very bad service. I have try to book extra single room and leave from double room so my father could be alone in double room, but they said need to go via tourist agency. Tourist Agency said need to pay extra for allready paid double room because it will be only one person in that room, and then pay for a single room. There is no legal or logical or any other reason for such behaviour.

This hotel is 4 star, I came with a group. Rooms are so clean, they clean everyday, and they leave everday two free water and coffee. All employees were very polite and caring. Thank you very much everyone. especially to receptionist begum. She’s so help us. I will come again with my family.

Is not a 4 * hotel , the rooms are extremely dirty , when you take a shower the water comes through the sealing, I have changed 3 rooms and all disgusting, the bathroom walls are moldi , the carpet in the room is sticky and stains all over including the walls, all the lights switch where sticks and the phone as well. I will attach photos. The breakfast is depressing as well. Is not worth the money is maximum 2* hotel.

Horrible Hôtel: Rude Staff, Dirty, Mould in the bathroom. I don’t know how I’m Earth it’s rated as a 4 stars hotel, it’s not even worth a 2 Star. They don’t allow you to bring food from its ife which is the first time I’ve experienced this in my life. I’ve travelled all four continents to various countries and never had this happen to me where I wasn’t allowed to bring in food. Employees are dishonest and try to scam you for everything you want to order from them: whether it’s a transfer or a tour, etc… I will make sure I warn my friends and family about it so they don’t end up with the same horrible experience I’ve had.
