The location is convenient. It is near the tram station and Blue Mosque. The view on the rooftop restaurant is nice.

Very good location. Easy to get food and visit the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. The rooftop restaurant has perfect view. The bellmen Emir very good, friendly and on the top for service. Reception also very good only some of the restaurant staff need more training in customer service i believe.

Reception staff was friendly and efficient.
Hotel location is super close to Sultanahmet Mosque, took us 3 mins to reach. Breakfast was good, just needed to select whatever you want in the menu. However, housekeeping staff was too hardworking and turned my room around on the 2nd day; my cables were all unplugged and rolled and all my belongings were placed at a corner. They also forgotten to replace the bath mat after changing the used towels. Overall still a good experience.

Hotel is at the heart of Sultanahmet. Just 3 minutes walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia & Basilica Cistern. Tram is so accessible to many tourist attractions.
The hotel staff speaks english well. Easy to communicate. Authentic Turkish breakfast. The view from the restaurant is Amazing…… both day and night. Free drinks at fridge bar.

Excellent location, 2 minutes away from the tram station and a short walk to the blue mosque.
Breakfast was very nice and good serivce
The room included amenities such as shampoo, hairdryer, towel etc
Receptionist were very friendly and gave us a map to show us how to reach the ferry port
Excellent view from our room and the breakfast restaurant, there is an outdoor seating area to have a better look at the view
Overall a very good hotel and excellent service. Especially for the waiter that serves breakfast!
