Hotel location was good it was right in center, street at Laleli, service was good, all receptions spoke in english and russian which was understandable and helpful. But room was too small and had no space (could’ve notified).

The breakfast was ok nothing too special, and they refused to give two keys for the same room, cleanliness was fine, but the location was perfect, for me atleast, it was close to tram lines, metro stations.

Hotel super well located but aged very badly, the owner has not decided to renovate it, it is in the same condition as 7 years ago, even worse, the green swimming pool and the dirty carpets.
In short, a shame because it is well located opposite the tram stop.

Rooms are clean .location is perfect but room size is small breakfast is in very low quality.people in this area can have better options in this price.i wanted to make a tea in the room by kettle but when i look inside the kettele i prefered to donot drink tea iside the room.only location is good.

Friends came and chose this village for some reason. The hotel has four stars, but in fact it pulls a maximum of two stars. But the price of the hotel is like a five star hotel. Service and quality is inferior to two-star hotels. We got a room overlooking the main tram line. The noise in the room is like there are no windows. Well, in a word, a gypsy village.

Die Bilder des Hotels hier sind ja wohl entweder gefälscht, gekauft oder direkt nach der Eröffnung gemacht worden. Anders kann ich es mir nicht erklären. Die Realität hat damit nichts zu tun und das Hotel ist eine echte Zumutung für ein solch großartiges und wunderschönes Land. - Zimmer klein wie eine Abstellkammer; kein Platz für Koffer, musste aufs Bett. - Badezimmer verschimmelt, defekte Lüftung, überall Zigarettengeruch. - Extrem hellhörig; alles aus den Nachbarzimmern war zu hören. - Buffet enttäuschend: Brot vom Frühstück lag abends wieder da, Obst lieblos geschnitten, sah aus wie drei Tage alt, nichts landestypisches - unmotiviertes und unfreundliches Personal, das kein Deutsch oder auch zumindest Englisch sprach. Ein Online-Übersetzer wurde nur skeptisch angestarrt. Wir waren froh, dass wir schnell wieder weg waren.
