43 yaşındayım belkide ömrümün yarısını seyahatlerde ve otel konaklamalarıyla geçirdim, ama size şu kadarını söylüyorum hayatımda konakladığım en berbat en kötü otel kesinlikle burası!😡 böylesi berbat bir işletme mantığı başka yerde yoktur sanırım. Adamlar resepsiyonist diye 18-20 yaşlarında daha Türkçe konuşmaktan aciz bir şahsı oturtmuşlar oraya ki kesinlikle Türk değil belli, müşteri giriş yapıyor çocuk bacak bacak üstüne atmış hiç istifini bozmuyor, siteden yaptığım indirimli rezervasyonu geçersiz sayıyorlar ve fazla ücret talep ediyorlar! Ki onuda ödüyorum 😡 sözde yan tarafta neyüdüğü belirsiz tipler otopark işletiyorlar ve aracıma bir gece için 350 tl fiyat alıyorlar ki onuda mecburiyetten bırakmak ve ödemek zorunda kaldım. Otel çıkış saati 12 fakat kat görevlisi kadın saat 11.30 kapıda beliriyor ve sizi çıkmanız için taciz ediyor 😡🤦♂️ ama helal olsun kadın bıkmadan usanmadan yarım saat kapnın tam önünde bekledi 👏👏 yani kısacası paranızla rezil olmak istiyorsanız eğer kesinlikle konaklamanızı tavsiye ediyorum.

Very clean, very nicely furnished and the suitcases were carried upstairs and the location is really very, very good. I will definitely come again and am very satisfied. You can hear a lot through the walls but that really isn't a problem. Very satisfied and I will definitely recommend it. The negative reviews are exaggerated in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is top notch!

The manager is not very friendly either with the customers or with his staff who are extremely kind and welcoming... The manager tells me that I don't need a nice view given the state we are in (stuck in Istanbul, no flight) the least we can do is satisfy the customer and not talk to them like that.. I gave a poor rating on *********** the manager contacts me on my personal number without my agreement and asks me why he is counting me as a no show even though I stayed in this hotel and asks me to accept his refund that he didn't want my money but the problem is that booking has already resolved this problem so another lie.. The next day he sends me a message telling me to delete my comment, I had 7 bags he put me on the 10th floor and he didn't help me carry the luggage when leaving "you should have warned me I would have helped you" another lie because he saw very well his staff who were alone leaving him to carry alone with my parents who are elderly I tell you I strongly advise against this hotel, especially since the rooms are very narrow. I won't even mention the shower, it leaks everywhere.

Hotel de 3 estrellas calidad precio aceptable, un desayuno Turko contundente para afrontar el "paseo" al otro lado. Personal agradable con conocimientos justos de inglés.
