Wonderful hotel! Large rooms, clean, comfortable. Large soft bed, excellent furniture and appliances, all amenities are there, excellent renovation. Large bathroom, good shower, hairdryer. Large panoramic window and air conditioning. Cleaning is done every day 👍 Delicious breakfasts - buffet, large selection of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages, omelettes, fresh pastries, jams, cereals and much more, even an automatic coffee machine. 24 hour reception. And with but most importantly - very polite and pleasant staff 👏🏼

Ho prenotato e pagato una stanza Deluxe e invece mi è stata data una stanza standard. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato detto che tutte le stanze Deluxe erano occupate e che la differenza non mi sarebbe stata rimborsata. Praticamente ho pagato un prezzo più alto senza motivo. Avevo bisogno di usare la lavatrice che, con mia sorpresa, era collocata in una specie di scantinato lurido. Il prezzo del lavaggio viene calcolato in base ai pezzi che si lavano. Al termine del lavaggio, i miei vestiti sono stati messa in un sacco nero (quelli che si usano per l'immondizia). I vestiti non erano ben asciutti, quindi hanno assorbito l'odore della plastica. La stanza non viene pulita regolarmente, ma solo su richiesta. La colazione è di scarsa qualità. Quasi nessuno tra il personale parla inglese. L'hotel si trova lontano dal centro e non è ben collegato ad esso. Pulizia lascia a desiderare.
