Plane was late, night attendant showed us to room that had twin beds pushed against a 4 foot wall with no lamps. One sheet on bed. Bathroom smelly. No hooks for towels. Balcony with broken chairs and other mess. Owner said he'd get a different room in the morning. When we complained he acted offended and cancelled our stay. We have traveled a lot and have never seen anything as bad.
