Located in an interesting local neighborhood (looks rough but it actually isn't), near the ferry terminal and metro station, walkable from there... check-in was at a prearranged time by communication via the booking site (the reception is not permanently staffed)...we had a room with balcony on the highest floor, breezy and bright, and though the room is small, it's very complete, with fridge and flatscreen tv and water cooker (coffee was provided too, as were 2 bottles of mineral water)... excellent hot shower with good water pressure...all in all excellent value!
