We stayed here for 5 nights. The room is cleaned punctually every day. The terrace on the top floor is very nice. There is a lot of room for improvement: - very monotonous breakfast served on a plate instead of a buffet, we would have preferred to be asked what we want to eat instead of finding a plate full of things we don't want - we had to ask for toilet paper, soaps or shampoos (the room was cleaned but they weren't restocked and we often returned late at night without having what we needed in the room) - little attention to hospitality, we weren't even given a map or any advice on places to visit - at night you can hear a lot of noise, probably due to the air conditioning motors (those who need silence should bring earplugs) Kind but very reserved staff, we felt like paying customers and we missed the human side.
