I have been staying at this hotel with my family for 4 times already. The location is excellent, the room is cleaned daily, the breakfasts are normal – we are already used to breakfast, and the staff has become familiar)) Metro, tram nearby, seaport nearby… The rooms we lived in are all good, the neighbors can be heard, but it's not critical, you'll fall asleep)) My family's opinion on price/quality is still the best I've found

Wonderful hotel with best location, very close to important station Yeni Kapi. The breakfast is always fresh. The rooms are very clean, the most of the rooms have a beautiful view to Marnara sea. All people from the staff are ready to help you

Just from the moment I came into the hotel I was politely welcomed. The receptionists and all the staff are friendly and ready to help. The room was warm ,spotless clean, the bed was confortable and I had everything I need: fridge, Tv , phone, hot water, white towels, shampoo, water provided every day as well as the room cleaning . I have always had a good experience staying at this hotel which I found better than other 3* hotels. Very good location near places to eat, groceries,the metro and tram stops . I will stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends .

I was very pleased with the price performance. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The location is very central, you can walk to the metro and reach anywhere in Istanbul. It is very easy to reach the metro when you get off at the airport.

Excellent hotel value for money. Clean, comfortable,very good location, friendly staff !( especially Wilson on the front desk) Looking forward to staying here again ! Very good AC, fridge, large shower-cabin, plugs next to the bed. Comfortable bed with good pillows . Water provided ! The room is cleaned every day by friendly staff and will get you anything you need. Even arranged taxi for us to go to the airport and even they help you with restaurants and anything you ask really and very handy barber shop and convenience store to buy drinks snacks or cigs round the corner so really a good hotel location

The staff was very friendly and lovely. There was no dirt in the room. The bathroom is big and the beds are soft. There are the plugs nere the beds. It is a great hotel for its affordable price. The hotel is very safe. Breakfast was really nice and delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to many attractions. There is a metro station within a 5-minute walk, and a tram and bus stop within a 10-minute walk. Also, nearby there was a local grocery shop BIM, McDonald's and other shops.
