Sheraton Hotels in Istanbul

The location is not convenient. It’s very far away from all the tourist attractions. The room and the view is amazing. Breakfast is nice! Clean room and good services. Be patient when check in and out because this is a bit slow

This hotel consistently delivers an enjoyable stay, featuring comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and contemporary bathrooms. A nearby shopping centre, Water Garden, offers a variety of dining options. The gym/spa facilities meet expectations. Over the years, I've stayed here four times, attesting to its appeal. However, the hotel's airport transfer service could use improvement. The van we were assigned for a second time, a Volkswagen, is in a state of disrepair with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and bad ventilation with little air conditioning and one small window. Considering the transfer's high cost and the typical 1.5-hour commute in traffic, I found the experience uncomfortable. For future trips, I plan to opt for Uber XL or Blacklane for a more pleasant journey - we used a taxi to get back to the airport this time.

in Sheraton Istanbul, I had one of the best Holidays. the hotel is in the perfect location for holidays and business it's in the city and 15 minutes away from most of the historical attractions in Istanbul. The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The Management should be happy with such a team & Really I'm Writing this after a bad experience in another Hotel but Sheraton Hotel team made up for me and I had a perfect Holiday and I will come again to Istanbul and I will stay again in Sheraton Istanbul. The team is professional and helpful. All the staff are friendly. They helped us with booking taxi and assuring a fair price, which made us feel safe and protected. The hotel is equipped with good amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast and spa programs.

We had a 12 hour layover, and considered staying at airport but eventually came to Sheraton to rest a bit. I am really glad we did. The Rooms are luxirious very clean with great layout space. We needed news updates and All media was available. Check in check out staff and process was very streamlined. Food was great. I loved the salad. And our experience was enhanced by Zeki, the courdial and warm head waiter at Chess Restuarant.
