Beautiful hotel, great view and really good food. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room is clean and the private onsen is very pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great room with an outdoor bath and great view. The food was nice, the stuff was nice. The “late-night-noodles” thingy was also fun.

The hotel is great and room is big for our family of 3 adults. All the facilities are good and the food is good (both dinner and breakfast). The only compliant that I have is that the in room onsan does not work. The temperature wasn't hot enough the first night. When we wanted to try in the morning, the water is even cooler. The front desk agreed to have it checked, but at the time we check out at 10 a.m. it is still not hot enough. In all, we have been chraged for the in room onsan which does not really work.

I stayed here for one night during Golden Week.
The view from this hotel is amazing, so I recommend spending a relaxing time looking at the ocean in front of you!
I took the shuttle bus from Izu Kogen Station. You can board the bus without making a reservation, and when I arrived at the hotel, a staff member greeted me.
When the automatic doors of the hotel opened, there was that view!
The view was great, and the ocean looked very beautiful.
It's one of the great things about this hotel!
There was a pleasant surprise when I checked in.
The all-you-can-drink alcohol service, which is usually only available in the premium lounge, was available in the regular lounge for a limited time during Golden Week! I didn't hesitate to drink some Heartland beer!
The room was very clean, and there were plenty of amenities. The view from the room was also good. It can't compare to the view from the front desk, though.
The large public baths, both Manten no Yu and Gekko no Yu, were wonderful. By chance, there were few people there, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time.
Dinner was delicious - sashimi, meat and rice. No complaints. My wife was pregnant, and we had told the front desk in advance. They replaced sashimi with yellowtail shabu-shabu, which my wife was very happy with. We are very grateful to the hotel. The view from the dining area was also amazing.
The morning buffet was also very enjoyable, with a wide variety of dishes on offer. There was too much to eat, so we couldn't eat it all, but we would like to stay here again.
