We had a small family wedding at the hotel last june. The hotel was insufficiently staffed with inexperienced people . Food was mediocre and service in dining room etc terrible. Hotel was run down and way overpriced , far below Aman standard Only bright spot was tour guide who was terrific . I know it is closed for extensive renovations but that wont fix the amateur way it is run

The hotel was shutting down in a couple weeks for renovation. This is still no excuse for limited service and lack of customer service at the restaurant. The current website for Amanda’s says “Restaurants are open to both Aman guests and non-residents” we made a special drive up to the property with the intention of enjoying a night cap at the Grill. We also noticed they lack the ability the keep the lounge clean as there was stale food and glasses that looked to have been sitting out for some time. Impending remodel or not this is not the type of service to be expected from an Aman property. Due to this experience we will not be visiting any Aman properties through out the world.

This was our second time at Amangani, both being around Christmas time. The service is impeccable as always and the hard product has the rustic interior that makes us keep coming back. One thing that I wanted to note for any reservations made with FHR, the $30pp credit for breakfast does not cover much, as the cheapest dish at breakfast was $30+. Honestly not a big deal, but it seems to have been reduced from $100 -> $60. Again, this is an FHR issue, NOT Amangani's. We hope to come back in the summer.

A boutique hotel with only 40 suites. Each suite has a fireplace and mountain views and soaking tub. Fully stocked fridge with snacks and no. alcoholic drinks included. Check-in: Very smooth and luxurious. I just pulled up and my car and bags were taken care of. I was greeted by concierge and we got a tour of the hotel. The view is breathtakingly beautiful when you walk in. I had to take a minute to take it all in. Room: very spacious and luxurious. it was nice to come back from a 6 hour hike to a fireplace and soaking tub. Bath salts and bubble bath are in the room. We asked for our fridge to be stocked with water and sparkling water. We were given stainless steel water bottles. There are several water refill stations in the hotel and huckleberry juice available. Spa: Not a destination spa but my massage by Rita was THE best massage I've had in a long time. I'm a chiropractor and I get weekly massages and am typically disappointed in the treatment but Rita was amazing. She helped me with my neck pain. I was 80% better. Concierge: Celecia helped me find a proper cervical pillow. She showed me the choices and I tried them both. Your wish is always granted here at Amangani.

The highlight of our journey around the National Parks. Beautiful room, lovely kind staff, great food. Finding it impossible to find fault. Easy access into town, the hotel will even drive you there and pick you up. Very impressed and plan to return.

I had reserved a room several months ago for June 2025, which was subsequently canceled by the hotel due to its decision to close for renovations during that time. Despite multiple calls to Aman, my deposit of 50% of the total room cost has still not been refunded.

If you’re here to visit Jackson Hole to do more than just sit at your hotel, I would not stay here. We had a very good chat with the GM David and Tyler, the food and beverage manager, who really want their guests to feel welcome, but this is purely our experience. Beyond coming “home”, going to bed, waking up and eating breakfast (which WAS delicious), and leaving for the day, there was nothing about the hotel that made us want to spend more time. It has sweeping views, but I wish for a few things- I wish they offered a tour beyond the actual spa and lobby of the ground and maybe the history behind the property I wish they offered bear spray on arrival or even put in the rooms assuming most people come to Jackson to do outdoor activities- it would have been a nice touch instead of going to town and spending over $60-70 on a can that may go unused and end up a waste I wish they offered a complimentary, private 2-4 hour tour of your choice for guests staying beyond a couple days, or some in-house activities having to do with wellness/fitness, couples yoga or cooking or wine tasting without extra fees. To pay over $6K on 4 days without really any organized activity just to sleep there just felt like we should have stayed elsewhere because you really only should stay if you want complete zen/quiet time. Staff are nice but all still learning and felt a bit temporary. I’m also happy we didn’t bring our little ones here- I’m afraid other guests would have found them to be too loud possibly. Husband loves the gym, but this gym was TINY for the size of the property. No more than two people can work out at the same time if doing weights. Overall, beautiful property and they did wish us a happy anniversary with champagne and chocolate, but this place just needs more life and more than just its beauty to pull you!

I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I’d be. The reception was kinda weird. It felt like most of the staff are temporary workers and not really a career. It’s a really small town and all the other towns around it are even smaller. You can eat at the 2 restaurants in the hotel or go into town and have a choice of 4-5 at most. Not sure why the town is so popular. Not much to do there. Anyways the hotel room was big and they have a nice heated pool with an incredible view but that was about it. I also thought the room could use a facelift. It is one of their oldest property.
