Two days later, I was 74 years old and there was no consideration, so I was in danger on the top bunk of a bunk bed. It was really just a room-only stay, and there was no microwave or hot pot, so it was extremely inconvenient. I was charged 1,040 yen, but why?"

"The hotel staff was so enthusiastic. We booked a room without breakfast. After checking in, we asked if there was any breakfast. We learned that it was some free snacks, biscuits and other ready-made products, coffee, milk and fruit. They brought them out to us that night and let us choose. They also gave us apples, etc. The room was also very nice."

I understand their check-out policy, but the communication process with the hotel is painful. There is often no one at the front desk, and emails are not answered for a long time. The complimentary breakfast is provided daily and it’s quite nice. I like the hotel overall, except the cleanliness ☹️ I saw the trash (potato chips) and the water bottle cap left on the carpet near the side table which left from the previous tenants…"

"The hotel is in a great location, easily walking distance to downtown and local restaurants. The ambiance of the grounds is fantastic. The service was great. Our room had a noisy air conditioner and when we reported it, they sent someone out immediately and end up changing it out in a short amount of time. Our room was nice, it seemed like we were in an older section, but the room met our needs. The pools and hot tubs were fantastic. My only suggestion would be to re-evaluate the hours where they are open. We wanted to sit in the hot tub one cool morning but found that it didn’t open until 9. Would stay there again."
