Hotels with Breakfast in Jeju

The hotel is good. A small incident happened at the laundry area whereby my husband hurt himself due to him missing a step in the laundry room, causing him to cut his foot on a sharp corner. Luckily the front desk lady, Ms Lim attended to him on time. Thanks to her. However, the hotel should do something at the sharp edge (photo 5)to avoid it happening again.

Our double room with ocean view was great and had a balcony with obviously great views. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and spacious. At breakfast I asked if the bread had walnuts in it (because of allergies) and the staff promptly confirmed with the kitchen that it didn't. Then they went the extra mile and confirmed every other item that had walnuts in it so that I could avoid them. Absolutely great service! Will definitely come again.

Hotel is near to black pork street but I requested the high floor room they only give me 3rd floor room. My booking is sea view room thus stay is 3rd floor i cannot see any view. Mineral water is charged KWD1,000 per bottle. The shoes is reusable not the type of disposable. The toilet blind cannot closed properly , can see thru. The staff some very friendly some not really friendly. We stay in the family room, they supposed to give us 3 pcs towel and pyjamas but when I call to request of it they said currently is out of stock.

Even though the area wasn't super busy, it was still close enough to the shopping street and duty-free shops, which was handy. It was also quiet at night, so we could sleep well. The room was clean and a good size, with a huge double bed that was perfect for couples. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They helped us a lot, like getting back things we left at another hotel and printing papers for us. We really appreciated their help. Overall, I would definitely think about staying at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

Comfortable stay, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Staff speaks some English but sometimes translator app needed. Check in time is quite late around 3pm. There is no official luggage storage but many people who arrive early will leave luggage while they explore surroundings.

Stayed 1 night before our return fight the next day’s morning. We chose it given its convenient location. Hotel is 10 mins drive from airport. Black pork street and Dongmun market are within walking distance. Room is clean though interior is a bit old. Front desk assistants speak good English. Air conditioner is centrally controlled so guest can’t adjust the temperature.

Great location but kind of old, the morning buffet is horrible with no many things to eat and bad smell inside restaurant. The staff was helpful but no smiles to customers. Anyway, good price for 1 night in city center

I have stayed at this hotel for the third time and am still continuing to find new things about this hotel. I always knew there was an arcade in the hotel but I have never been to it, this is my first time being in there and was surprised to see they have a kids section, I expected all the games were for older kids (8-15), but my 2 year old niece was able to play some games that she liked too. The convenience store on the 4th floor was really convenient as we didn’t have to go out just to buy drinks or snacks since it was somewhat cold. The cafe on the 8th floor served amazing food, I actually ate there so many times during my 3 days stay there. The only problem I had was that the room was too hot to sleep in, we tried making the room colder, but the room stayed a consistent 25°C even after turning the temperature to 19°C for an entire day. I understand it was winter, but still it was way too hot and it made it uncomfortable to sleep in.
