The swimming pool was dirty there was food all around, glass and straw inside even the towels was not so clean and when I ve tried to inform the guest relation manager she just didn’t care about my opinion!!
Terrible relation with clients so disappointed I came to enjoy few days at the pool…

I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside.
It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me.
This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail

Rudeness beyond worlds.
The hotel is a lovely looking hotel & space but believe me for a 5 star hotel the service & communal area were overwhelming with rudeness, abrupt or clueless staff, mess all around n the floors in the Lounge & at breakfast.
Guest were super gluttonous & left so much food is was very upsetting. Starving people in the world & no one seemed to care.

There is nothing to dislike about this property. Everything is 5 stars . I don’t know how someone reviewed the Shabbat meals as awful. The Shabbat meals were like a wedding in NYC. Thanks for having us .

Terrible food (full board Fri-Sat). My public high-school cafeteria was tastier by far. In many ways the Inbal is like a 2-star operation taking over a 5-star establishment. If you stay here, eat elsewhere (and bring your own reading light for the room).
