I also appreciated their diligence in replenishing toiletries whenever needed. The only limitation was the restriction on eating inside the room, which may be important for some guests to note. Nevertheless, the hotel’s service and attentiveness contributed to a positive overall experience."

"Near the old town, parking is free. Good place, garden, casual breakfast, Arabian mood, the real feeling is in the Middle East. The living room is more sanitary. The room also said the past, the big bed. The door lock is old-fashioned."

PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for ”my” and dame is French for ”madam”. Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with ”the north”. Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!"

"I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here."
