PRIMA HOTELS properties in Jerusalem

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for my wonderful stay at the Prima Vera Hotel. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt welcome, well-cared-for, and pampered. The service was exceptional—always with a smile, a willingness to help, and outstanding courtesy.

This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.

I was impressed with the good location and very friendly service.

The environment, sanitation, and facilities are all satisfactory. The male staff at the front desk (except for a female employee) is not enthusiastic, and it is even difficult to see a smile.

The sanitary environment is still pretty good, but the room is slightly small, which leads to the double beds being combined together; the check-in / out are very fast, I solved it in two minutes, the bathroom has a bathtub, but there is no toothbrush, Toothpaste, so you need to bring your own; The hotel is relatively close to the ancient city, commercial streets and other famous attractions, the location is relatively good; 50 thanks for breakfast, is a typical Middle Eastern style, may not be used to eating. In short, overall is good.
