酒店的前台服務態度很好，酒店建在高處環境優雅，可以俯瞰嚴州古城，儼然是一副優美的畫卷。

首先前台服務很好，給我升級了最後一間江景房，還給我介紹了附近的景點。酒店的位置也很好，穿過橋對面就是古鎮。但是有一説一，酒店的設施很陳舊，冰箱打開一股異味，仔細一看都發黴了，電視機遙控器也有問題，晚上洗澡高峯時段水是冷的，空調聲音很大，房間還有煙味。

酒店很老，設施很舊，住了一宿一直在過敏，懷疑是地毯或者窗簾，床很舒服，趕上了旅行團，很吵。住高層電梯要等很久，200多的價格也就這樣吧。

衞生狀況不好，桌子上挺臟的，感覺好久沒擦了，房間的燈光很暗，昏昏沉沉的感覺。這麼貴的酒店居然沒有早餐，一次不好的體驗

房間很大，一張2.2的床，一張1.2的床，設施舊了，小床的床墊不行，因為是過年，早餐也沒啥東西，一般般，湊合著吧

房間設施確實不太好，洗臉盆刷個牙就淌一地水，洗手間異味很大，洗手枱鏡子也是破的，房間裏地毯比較臟，總值班的工作人員服務態度很好，很熱情，早餐還可以，種類較多，總體體驗還可以。
