"First off, there was a strange, unpleasant smell everywhere, from the hallways to the room itself. The room especially had a musty odor, I'm not sure where it was coming from. Second, the service was quite bizarre. I specifically booked a queen room with a window, but when I got to the front desk, they said there were no rooms available. Apparently, long-term guests transferred from another hotel had taken them all. Someone who seemed like the owner then asked me if I'd be willing to compromise and stay in a windowless room for one night. What kind of hotel makes guests compromise? Don't they usually offer an upgrade to make up for it? They ended up putting me in a room on the lower floor, right above a shop with a blaring loudspeaker. Ugh… the experience was truly awful."

"This Spring Festival, I chose Jiande, a niche place. I saw this Four Seasons Hotel on Ctrip, which is located on Xin'an River, so I decisively chose a river view room. After checking in, I was very satisfied with the room. The room was clean. When I opened the curtains, the Xin'an River came into view, which was refreshing. The aunt cleaned the room in a timely manner. The breakfast variety was OK, but sometimes the plates were not taken out in time. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would choose to stay next time."
