位置：打車非常方便，就在3牌坊門口、右手走到牌坊（1分鐘）就是十字路口，星巴克（十字路口店）和肯德基，我貼圖的3牌坊邊 福 字牆就是酒店。，酒店側門就是梅城大排檔。
環境：以前有錢人的5進私宅，古樸而厚重，充滿了歷史年代感！可以慢慢聽酒店專門講解感受歲月變遷。見圖
服務：主動、熱情，我們到的時候下午了，還沒到酒店就立馬有人過來幫着搬行李（後來知道是酒店張總）、路過餐廳立馬有人招呼問需不需要吃點餛飩麪或包子💪晚上還會送甜湯作為夜宵。
餐廳：第一天是自助餐，第二天是套餐。品種雖然不能跟五星級酒店比，但味道都不錯，吃飽沒問題！尤其小餛飩，居然還配有凍豬油（大讚）。酒店也提供晚餐各類炒菜，比較了下景區裏價格，都不貴。
在這裏特別要感謝酒、感謝張總: 我跟老爸去了七裏揚帆坐遊船，結果回來去下個景點怎麼都打不到車，45分鐘等待無望後我試着救助酒店，沒想到張總接到消息立馬開着自己的車來接我們，還把我們送到了下個景點，路上看到下雨還再三強調要來接我們🥳感動的我們衹會説謝謝了🤝真的萬分感謝🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

酒店位置很好，免費停車也很方便。服務態度不錯，主動加微信告知停車場導航位置，幫助預訂餐廳晚餐。酒店整體裝修風格有府邸感，房間也舒適。被子很舒服。但書香不夠，很好的茶室都黑着燈，沒有把文化底藴做出來，可惜了這麼好的硬件。服務員都很親切熱情，建議管理層增加對文化內涵的挖掘和組織

去建德旅遊的朋友們，就去沖這家酒店！！！
酒店就在嚴州古城主街入口處，位置地段真的絕了！太方便了！
然後不得不説酒店人員的服務，比五星級酒店還貼心！不過分諂媚，但讓人感覺很舒服，很暖心！
酒店房間也很大，床品非常舒適，每天遊玩回酒店躺下睡得特別香！
不得不提酒店的自營餐廳！早餐種類非常豐富，做的建德豆腐包比外面的都好吃！午餐晚餐也可以點菜用餐，味道是我吃過的建德餐廳裏很棒的，而且超級划算啊！晚上玩到七點半回到酒店還可以點餐吃上熱乎飯菜的幸福，誰懂啊！！！
唯一的小問題：因為是歷史建築，木質結構，隔音可能不太好，入住時前台小姐姐就貼心的提醒了，房間裏也貼心的配備了耳塞，睡覺時帶上，世界就安靜了！完美！
