酒店在古鎮內，我們還在路上，前台就貼心地主動聯繫我們加微信發了停車場位置，到房間了有歡迎水果，酒店也有餐飲，但要提前預訂，酒店後門就有1個梅城大排檔，但我更喜歡晚上的嚴州府狀元樓吃飯，人很多，想去吃的要早點去。晚上回來，酒店有甜湯，服務真的很好。更驚喜的，我們去七裏揚帆，酒店有門票優惠，退房還有小禮品艾草錘送，真的太暖心了。

服務：很好，管家很熱情也很周到，基本不用操心什麼，介紹很到位 環境：就在景區裏面，出門就是老街，很方便，還有自己的停車場 衞生：搞得很好啊 設施：都不錯，馬桶還是科勒的。就是洗澡水温不穩定，估計供水水泵用的牌子不行。

酒店是根據當地富商胡亨茂家族老宅改建的，地理位置非常好，就在嚴州古城內的中心位子，房間內部也很有特色。入住當天小哥哥給升級了套房，服務人員也非常熱情！提供的其他服務也很温馨，比如小童diy活動等。下次來嚴州，還會選這家酒店

過年期間去的，工作人員很熱情，服務也特別好，民宿自己準備的小火鍋也特別好吃。就是因為過年古城很熱鬧，我們的房型的話是進門第一間的位置，隔音什麼的就會比較差一點，但是晚上就沒有什麼影響，白天的話會比較吵。 酒店位置很好出門什麼的也都非常方便

酒店環境古樸恬靜，是在古宅的基礎上改建的，設施齊全，服務周到，有求必應，春節期間還有一些小禮物和免費DIY 的活動，非常貼心。我和家人去景點遊玩，趕上下雨，在雨中打了一個多小時的車也沒有打到，無奈之下求助於酒店，店長第一時間響應，最終使我們安全回到了酒店。我們非常感動！如果去梅城旅遊，強烈推薦入住這裏。
