Hangzhou Tianyu Guantang, also under Kaiyuan, is of the same price. I just went there last week, and here is a comparison. I didn't have any expectations before going to Hangzhou Tianyu, but the result was pleasantly surprised; Fuchun Fangcaodi may have had too high expectations, which made people a little disappointed. In terms of scenery and environment, Fuchun Fangcaodi is invincible, and Hangzhou Tianyu has a big lake, which is also good. In terms of service, Hangzhou Tianyu is basically impeccable, whether it is accommodation or catering, even if it is fully booked, the service is reliable and sincere, the shuttle bus is timely and will help move things every time; Fuchun Fangcaodi I can only give two stars at most: first of all, no housekeeper added me on WeChat, I had to call the front desk if I had anything, and what made me most angry was that I asked for a baby dining chair during breakfast, and the aunt who cleaned the table said that there was no one now and she would bring one for me later. When I took the breakfast, I looked around and there were only a few in total (as a breakfast shop in a parent-child hotel, is this appropriate?), and when I took the meal, I also found a younger staff member, which was simply funny, saying ”there is no more now, because I just looked around and there are no more, I will bring it to me later when I have time”, so do you know where I am sitting? Finally confirmed: there was a baby chair vacant and put aside, I accidentally saw it and took it, which really did not take the customer's needs into consideration. The only thing I think is that there are many shuttle buses and it is relatively timely. Comparing breakfasts, Hangzhou Tianyu has few categories but the taste is basically good and belongs to the upper-middle level; Fuchun Fangcaodi has many categories, the rice balls are good and impressive, but many of them are only warm or even cold, and some, such as yam, may be dry because of insufficient water. In addition, in terms of safety at Fuchun Fangcaodi, my family and I bumped our backs three times in total in the accommodation and breakfast area, and it was very painful. Okay, it's our fault, but the breakfast chair table, a table more than ten centimeters thick with eight sharp corners, only the top four sharp corners are covered. Is this formalism?

The room is very good and the service is very good, especially the service and dishes of the restaurant ”Yijiangnan” on the third floor are first-class. Yijiangnan has a waiter named Xu Xiaoqing (I only knew it by looking at the brand she wore) who is very serious in service. I really treat customers as family members. In a few links such as ordering, serving and checkout, they all withdraw the good professional quality, which is worthy of praise 👍👍👍

Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there. The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal. The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that We throughly enjoyed our Stay and we highly recommend anyone else to stay.

It feels so cost-effective, and the double-bed room with a 1.35-meter double bed is booked at a very affordable price, which is great! The hotel's customer service is very friendly, the buffet breakfast is also good, and there is a swimming pool. It is very close to the riverside and can be reached by walking. Worth going again!

The hotel also has free parking and it is very convenient to travel by car. Very quiet at night, no impact on rest at all. The hotel is located in Jiande, Hangzhou, which is a very unpopular place during the Chinese New Year. It is suitable for vacation. The content facilities are complete. There are many parent-child interactive projects and water projects, go-karts, etc., but they are charged separately. The overall cost performance of the room is very high. The front desk upgraded the room type to a suite for 4 people. Dogs are allowed. The external environment is better. You can see the scenery by pushing the window. There is a forest oxygen bar. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. You can ask the chef to arrange pick-up and drop-off wherever you go. The price of the Chinese restaurant is not high, and the taste is satisfactory and worthy of the price, but the surrounding area is very desolate. There is no place to eat. You have to drive half an hour to Yanzhou Ancient City to eat, which is also a tourist attraction. It's good. The business is better in hot weather, there are many people, and the interactive activities are all open. The experience will be better. I feel that staying for 2 nights is the most suitable

I decided to come to Jiande for a staycation weekend on the spur of the moment. The hotel is located in the scenic area and can be entered by boat. The housekeeper contacted and arranged in advance, which was very considerate. The hotel's surrounding environment, lobby decoration, room layout facilities and housekeeper service are all very good. The two-day weekend stay was very comfortable, quiet, comfortable and leisurely, very suitable for a short ”escape”. The hotel's food supply is also great, and I am very satisfied with the food, accommodation, lying and playing, which exceeded my expectations.
