I immediately kindly reminded the hotel to clean it up to prevent others from falling down. However, the hotel inexplicably refused to admit that there was something slippery on the ground and blamed the guest for not paying attention when getting out of the car. I didn't ask the hotel to compensate, and I didn't ask the hotel staff to apologize. As a result, I kindly reminded the hotel that the staff would get out of the car and pay attention. If you encounter a hotel like this that has no management, has a rubbish attitude, and blames guests for not taking responsibility when something happens, it’s better to remember to avoid the pitfalls.

When I entered, there was just one hair. It might have been accidentally left by the cleaning lady. Although it was a bit strange, I didn't bother with it. What I was angry about was that it was not soundproofed. There were many people in the room next door who didn’t know what they were doing. The noise lasted until midnight in the evening. I was woken up many times while I was sleeping. I called the front desk and asked him to remind the room next door. I promised, but no one came for more than half an hour, and the room next door was getting worse and worse. I called the front desk again and wanted to change rooms. I was told that my room was no longer available. Then there was silence on the other end of the phone, as if I wanted to change my room. I'll hang up the phone quickly. They didn't even give me a solution. Later, they saw that I was angry and they moved me to a standard room. I really didn't expect it to be soundproof to this extent. I didn't dare to go far during the holidays, so I came to Jiangyin next door to see the big river. The room is quite big, the hygiene is OK, and the toilet is smart. The sound insulation is not good, and the children next door are messing around in the middle of the night. You have to scan the code at the front desk to park, otherwise you have to pay the parking fee. The front desk staff did not actively remind me when I checked in, maybe I forgot because I was too busy during the holiday. The breakfast is good.
